During my career, I’ve been a trusted business partner to Founders, CEOs, C-Suite, and senior to middle management across all the departments in marketing agencies, management consultancies, MNCs, SMEs, start-ups and scale-ups. I’ve also held roles from business management to operations, sales to new business, account to project management, recruitment consultant to talent acquisition, HR to talent operations and talent community.

This dynamic set of experiences gives me an interesting advantage point when connecting and emphasising with different individuals, professionals and experts in any organisation. I understand their motives, what drives them and what makes them shift.
